Flat Top Biscuits & Gravy is putting a whole new spin on the classic biscuits and gravy. Our foundation is the biscuit. The spin is the flat top grill. The toppings create the excitement. And the taste, simply irresistible!

We offer a unique and delicious menu featuring Sourdough, Jalapeño, and
Herb & Cheddar biscuits served with country style gravy (with or without sausage) and topped with our own addictive bacon-onion jam and a sprinkling of chopped green onions. 

On the sweet side, our Oh my! Monkey Bread is a pull apart masterpiece of bite size pieces of croissant dough rolled in sugar and spices, baked in a brown sugar butter sauce and finished off with chopped pecans. Oh my!
