At RockBox Keller, we go above and beyond to make our classes accessible to everyone. A vast majority of our new members are first-timers to the world of boxing or kickboxing.
Every class is 50-minutes long. We promise to deliver dynamic, challenging workouts that combine punching, kicking, pushing, pulling, and burning calories. We also incorporate workout equipment, such as bands, pullup bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and body weights.
