Halloween Spooktacular 2020 is HAPPENING!! Due to COVID, the Monster Dash 5k run will not happen this year but the Spooktacular Health Fair Event will. It is a bit different this time and due to COVID Restrictions and Social Distancing we are making this a drive through event! Let me explain it a little more:
Attendees will enter off North Tarrant Pkwy and pull into the North Texas Internal Medicine Associates Building where they will receive Trick or Treat bags for the kids in their car. They will also be given instructions about how the event flows and a QR Code they can scan with their phone that shows them the layout of the Health Fair. At the Health Fair each vendor will be assigned a numbered space, your company name and booth number will be a part of the interactive map on their phone. When the parent sees your booth and wants more information about your services, they will click on your booth number and it will take them to your website where they can request a follow up or more information from you.
We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of this Health Fair Event. Attached is the application for vendor participation. The vendor booth fee for this event is $50.00 made payable to the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce. We ask that you provide a 10x10 tent, feel free to decorate it Halloween themed, dress up in a costume if you want and hand out candy to the kids in the cars and they slowly drive through and visit each vendor booth. Set up is from 8:00-9:30am with the event starting at 10:00am. We will conclude at 2:00pm. Please plan on distributing candy to approx. 1000 kids.
