We would like to invite our members and neighbors to come out to Speech on the Steps - A Martin Luther King Day Celebration, hosted by The Specs Movement, on Monday, January 17th @ 7pm at Keller Town Hall!
We ask everyone to please consider bringing antibacterial hand wipes for donation to our homeless community in support of Under The Bridge Fort Worth.
We would also like to highlight the new MLK Day College Scholarship for our Keller High School Juniors, sponsored by The Specs Movement. High school Juniors have the opportunity to write a 500-word essay on "What is the impact of Dr. King's 'I have a dream' speech 59 years later?" The winning essay will be read by the student at the MLK Day Celebration at Town Hall & will receive a $250 scholarship to help with the cost of college application fees.
