Bridging the Gap with Millennials in Business
Bridging the Gap with Millennials in Business will inform seasoned professionals on work related habits, strengths and ideologies associated with Millennials; generation y and z. Through understanding how Millennials operate in the business area, seasoned professionals will learn how to leverage Millennials’ uniqueness and better resolve generational differences. Lastly, Bridging the Gap with Millennials in Business will point out how more experienced business professionals can aid generation y and z in their business development as both generations work to achieve common goals.
Micah Autry, a native of Houston, Texas graduated from the University of North Texas in 2015 where he majored in Radio, Television, and Film and minored in computer education. Micah began his entrepreneurship journey while in high school doing freelance video production work. Micah currently owns, AUME Motion Arts LLC, a full-service multimedia production firm that allows him to continually peruse his passions for filmmaking and entrepreneurship. Through AMA, Micah has produced numerous corporate projects for the likes of SMU, Just Fab, WEBUYHOUSES.COM, Chick-Fil-A, Tiff’s Treats, and many more. Over the past year Micah has shared his experiences on how to bridge the gap with business professional of different generations through numerous public speaking engagements.
