Event Description:
Ross Paterson started his leadership journey as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where he culminated his career as a company commander in the 101st Airborne Division. Before becoming a successful entrepreneur he spent six years in the high-pressure world of big business with General Electric. Ross’ first start up was a non-profit called Global Fusion, which inspires leaders and business ventures in hard to reach places like Afghanistan, Sumatra, and Nigeria. He has owned and operated several small businesses. Ross Paterson in multiple industries, but his favorite is XM Performance. With over 30 years of tough leadership assignments, his true joy comes from helping people unlock their full potential and inspiring organizations to thrive. On top of his business and social ventures, Ross is an avid cyclist, an active Rotarian, and an Ironman Triathlete.
